E. (Bud) Cook of Scottsboro, AL is the 34-I District Governor. He is a retired Army General Officer and is
also a retired Professor and Associate Dean of Engineering at Southern
Illinois
University. He was the first holder of
the George B. Berry Endowed Chair of Environmental Engineering at West
Virginia
University and he is the author of over 50 journal articles and
conference
proceedings.

since 1999 he has served as VP and President of that club as well as
Zone
Chairman and Vice District Governor.
