Multiple District 34 Bill served as the first Multiple District Leadership Chairman after receiving his training in Oak Brook. As Leadership Chairman, Bill lead an intensive MD-34 DG School, began the President-Elect Seminar held at State Convention, and conducted Zone Leadership Workshops. As a District Governor, Bill chaired the Council Committee that facilitated the first re-write of the MD-34 Constitution and Bylaws. Bill was a Co-Chair of the Committee that drafted the Constitution and Bylaws for the PDG Organization for MD-34. In 2000-01 Bill served as Council Chairman of MD-34, Editor of The Alabama Lion, International Convention Chairman for MD-34, and the LCI President’s Campaign Chairman. In 2001-02 Bill served as Editor of The Alabama Lion newspaper, Chairman of the State Office Review Committee and Chairman of the Rules Committee. In addition, Bill was a Director for ALSCA and an Advisory Board Member of Camp Seale Harris. In 2002-2003
