Multiple District 34 

Bill served as the first Multiple District Leadership Chairman after receiving his training in Oak Brook. As Leadership Chairman, Bill lead an intensive MD-34 DG School, began the President-Elect Seminar held at State Convention, and conducted Zone Leadership Workshops.

As a District Governor, Bill chaired the Council Committee that facilitated the first re-write of the MD-34 Constitution and Bylaws. 

Bill was a Co-Chair of the Committee that drafted the Constitution and Bylaws for the PDG Organization for MD-34.

In 2000-01 Bill served as Council Chairman of MD-34, Editor of The Alabama Lion, International Convention Chairman for MD-34, and the LCI President’s Campaign Chairman.

In 2001-02 Bill served as Editor of The Alabama Lion newspaper, Chairman of the State Office Review Committee and Chairman of the Rules Committee.  In addition, Bill was a Director for ALSCA and an Advisory Board Member of Camp Seale Harris.

In 2002-2003 Bill served as Editor of The Alabama Lion newspaper, Chairman of the MD-34 Rules Committee, Chairman of the MD-34 Internet Technology Committee, Advisory Board Member of Camp Seale Harris, NodeMaster for LionNet Alabama, Secretary of the Alabama Lions Opportunities for Youth Fund, and Campaign Chairman for International Director Candidate Lowell Bonds.   On February 2, 2003 the Council of Governors appointed Bill the MD-34 Retention Chairman.

In 2003-2004  Bill served as MD-34 Retention Chairman, Editor of The Alabama Lion newspaper,  Chairman of the MD-34 Internet Technology Committee, Secretary of the Alabama Lions PDG Organization, CST for District 34-S, Advisory Board Member of Camp Seale Harris, NodeMaster for LionNet Alabama, Secretary of the Alabama Lions Opportunities for Youth Fund, District Convention Chairman for District 34-S, and 3rd Vice-President of the Daleville Lions Club.

In 2004-2005 Bill served as MD-34 Retention Chairman, Editor of The Alabama Lion newspaper,  Chairman of the MD-34 Internet Technology Committee,  President of the Alabama Lions PDG Organization, Advisory Board Member of Camp Seale Harris, NodeMaster for LionNet Alabama, Secretary of the Alabama Lions Opportunities for Youth Fund  and 2nd Vice-President of the Daleville Lions Club.  Bill was selected as a National/Multi-National Coordinator for Campaign SightFirst II which covers six Sectors in the southeastern United States.

Bill served (2005-2006) as MD-34 Retention Chairman, Editor of The Alabama Lion newspaper,  Chairman of the MD-34 Internet Technology Committee, Advisory Board Member of Camp Seale Harris, NodeMaster for LionNet Alabama, Secretary of the Alabama Lions Opportunities for Youth Fund  and 1st Vice-President of the Daleville Lions Club.  Bill continues to serve a s a National/Multi-National Coordinator for Campaign SightFirst II and Club Coordinator for CSFII for the Daleville Lions Club which is a Model Club.  Bill was selected as a Mission 30 Coordinator for District 34-S.  Bill also serves as MD-34's Campaign Coordinator for PID Al Brandel who is a candidate for 2nd V.P. of LCI.

Bill served (2006-2007) as  Editor of The Alabama Lion newspaper,  Chairman of the MD-34 Internet Technology Committee, Advisory Board Member of Camp Seale Harris, NodeMaster for LionNet Alabama, Secretary of the Alabama Lions Opportunities for Youth Fund  and President of the Daleville Lions Club.  Bill served a s a National/Multi-National Coordinator for Campaign SightFirst II and Club Chairman for CSFII for the Daleville Lions Club which is a Model Club. Bill attended and graduated from the first LCI Faculty Development Institute in Oak Brook. 

Bill served (2007-2008) as  Editor of The Alabama Lion newspaper,  Chairman of the MD-34 Internet Technology Committee, Advisory Board Member of Camp Seale Harris, NodeMaster for LionNet Alabama, Secretary of the Alabama Lions Opportunities for Youth Fund.  Bill served as a National/Multi-National Coordinator for Campaign SightFirst II.

Bill currently serves (2008-2009) as  Editor of The Alabama Lion newspaper,  Chairman of the MD-34 Internet Technology Committee,  NodeMaster for LionNet Alabama, Secretary of the Alabama Lions Opportunities for Youth Fund.
